Camera Access Policy:

1. Purpose of Cameras: Our live stream cameras are intended for you to monitor your pets during their time at our daycare. This helps us ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.

2. Access Hours: Please note that live stream access will be available for two hours daily, Monday through Friday. This limited timeframe allows our staff to focus on providing the best care and attention to your pets without distractions.

3. Staff Comfort and Productivity: Continuous streaming can be disruptive to our staff as they perform their daily tasks. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

4. Password Security: We kindly remind you that sharing or changing the camera access password is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors IP addresses to maintain security and privacy.
